The Mail Troubleshooter function enables you to send a test e-mail to a problematic address to determine what is wrong. This process will track down the vast majority of e-mail problems that can occur on your server.
To use the Mail Troubleshooter:

Click on the Mail Troubleshooter link in the Email menu.

Enter the problematic e-mail address in the Email to trace field.

Click on the Do it button.
cPanel
Branding
The Cpanel branding feature is very simple to use . Simply place an image called cp.gif, cp.jpg, or cp.png in the folder in your home directory called /cpanelbranding/bluelagoon. (full path to directory is /home/username/cpanelbranding/bluelagoon) Once you place an image there, it will replace the 'cpanel' image at the top of your users' cpanel. That's all there is to it.
At the time of writing, the Bluelagoon theme is the only one that supports this feature. However, we do expect others, specifically the X skin, to follow shortly.
Modifying cpanel/whm news
You can display a customized version of the CPanel or WebHost Manager news, rather than use the default news script. You can modify the following areas:

Global CPanel News - Displays on the home page of all CPanels that you can effect, including your own, your resellers', and your resellers' customers' CPanels.

Global WHM News - Displays in the News area of all resellers' WebHost Managers.

Resold Customer News - Displays on the home page of all your resellers' customers' CPanels.

CPanel News - Displays on the home page of all your customers' CPanels (not your resellers' customers').
The News page is coded in HTML so you need to use HTML code when creating your own news content.
To modify CPanel or WebHost Manager news:

Click on the Modify CPanel/WHM News link in the CPanel 6 menu.

Enter or copy and paste the HTML code that you want to use into the relevant work areas.

Click on the Save News button.
