View Bandwidth Usage
You can view the total bandwidth used, broken down by account, on your server per month.
Note: Bandwidth usage is only checked once a day between midnight and 6am server time.: Only HTTP, POP mail, and FTP traffic statistics are currently monitored for bandwidth. You need to use a third-party bandwidth management tool to track other types of bandwidth usage.
To view bandwidth usage:

Click on the View Bandwidth Usage link in the Account Functions menu.

View the displayed bandwidth usage.
it is broken up in these catagories:
User=account user
Domain=users domain
Transfer=in MB
Transfer=in GB
This is all very useful in knowing how close both your customers as individuals are getting to their bandwidth limit and yourself which is the sum of all your accounts plus your domain.
With this you can look in on a customer with limited bandwidth and maybe offer an upgrade.
